Description

The iconic Gibb River Road is one of our favorite Kimberley adventures.

Get ready for an unforgettable 14-day adventure through the spectacular landscapes of the Gibb River Road. This tagalong tour allows you to bring your own 4WD vehicle and join a convoy of fellow adventurers as you explore one of Western Australia’s most spectacular regions.Join this collaborative Tagalong offering from Kimberley Dreaming & Explore WA 4wd Adventures & let us show you the backyard!

With expert guidance from our experienced tour leaders, you’ll safely navigate through challenging terrains of the Gibb River Road, including creek crossings, ranges & access tracks to our points of interest found throughout our trip. Along the way, you’ll discover hidden gorges and waterfalls, swim in crystal-clear pools, and camp under the stars in breathtaking locations along the length of the Gibb.

The Gibb River Road is also rich in history and culture, and you’ll have the opportunity to learn about the region’s indigenous heritage  and interact with local indigenous guides at Munurru, with an included rock art tour with the Uunguu rangers. Visit the Mitchell Plateau, including the spectacular heritage listed Mitchell Falls, take a chopper flight across the landscape, cross the mighty Pentecost River infront of the Cockburn Ranges & enjoy the country hospitality at one of our numerous station stays planned.
