Liability Waiver – Explore WA

WAIVER OF LIABILITY

 PLEASE READ CAREFULLY 

 I, the submitter of the client information form, acknowledge and agree to the following waiver of liability for myself & all participants accompanying me on my booking, in the vehicle of which I am responsible. 

1. Acknowledgment of Safety Briefing and Risks
   I confirm that I have been fully briefed on the potential risks associated with participating in the activities organized by the Insured. I understand the dangers involved in these activities we are going to undertake.

2. Acceptance of Risk
   I acknowledge that the activities I am about to participate in may be dangerous and have the potential to result in serious injury, including death . I accept and assume all risks associated with these activities, whether or not foreseeable.

3. Responsibility for Actions
   I accept full responsibility for my own actions and involvement in these activities. I understand that I am solely responsible for my participation & that of those directly joining me in my booking and agree to follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided during the activity.

4. Release of Liability
   I hereby waive, release, and discharge the Insured, including its agents, employees, and representatives, from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action that may arise due to injury, loss, or death as a result of my participation in the activities.

5. Indemnification
   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Insured and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of my actions or participation in the activities.

 I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Waiver of Liability.
